Goldstone Solar System Radar Observing Application

Instructions:

[1] Form items with an asterisk * require an entry.
[2] For observation time input, day-of-year (DOY) trumps month and date.
[3] Once a proposal ID is assigned, take note of it. You will be able to use it to return and
edit a pending proposal form.
[4] Do not SUBMIT your proposal until you are sure it is complete. You can return to the
site to edit the pending proposal, using the proposal ID, as often as you wish until you
submit. Once submitted however, you are only able to view your submission(s).
[5] To complete your observing proposal, you must also send a PDF file, MSWord file
or hardcopy with your scientific justification, not exceeding 500 words or 2 pages to:
